Kyung Jae is an associate attorney at The Miller Firm. He is currently involved in a class action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of D.C. against the Industrial Bank of Korea for its involvement in the transfer of certain Iranian assets. He is also currently assisting Iraq war veterans’ lawsuit against the Iranian government for their injuries from IED attacks. He joined The Miller Firm in 2021.
Kyung Jae graduated from Davidson College in Davidson, NC with honors. He earned his law degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, where he was on the dean’s list, a member of its Corporate Governance and Accountability Law Review, and the best brief award winner for Uvaldo Herrara National Civil Rights Moot Court.
Kyung Jae is a native Korean speaker and worked with a Korean law firm on international commercial arbitration and corporate governance matters. He was admitted to the New York Bar in April 2021.
