Timothy Litzenburg is an attorney at the Miller Firm whose practice focuses on pesticide, pharmaceutical, and medical device litigation. He helped try six multi-week Actos bladder cancer trials in five states (resulting in five plaintiff’s verdicts) in recent years and frequently appears in state and federal courts across the country. He has lectured and published articles on mass tort pharmaceutical trials.
Timothy received his B.A. from Washington & Lee University. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, where he was the recipient of the W.T. Muse Scholarship. While in law school, he was Editor-in-Chief of the Richmond Journal of Global Law and Business. Timothy was one of two attorneys in Virginia recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Product Liability Litigation in 2018;he was also recently named to the AIOPIA’s “Top 10” in the area of personal injury litigation (plaintiffs).
