Timothy Litzenburg is an attorney at the Miller Firm whose practice focuses on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. He helped try six multi-week Actos bladder cancer trials in five states in recent years and frequently appears in state and federal courts across the country. He has lectured and published articles on mass tort pharmaceutical trials.
Prior to joining the firm, Timothy spent four years in medical malpractice litigation. Timothy received his B.A. from Washington & Lee University. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, where he was the recipient of the W.T. Muse Scholarship. While in law school, he was Editor-in-Chief of the Richmond Journal of Global Law and Business and worked on the national public radio program A Moment in Time.
