Curtis G. Hoke

Curtis Hoke is an associate attorney that focuses primarily on pharmaceutical drug and device litigation. His practice currently focuses on our Reglan, Infuse Bone Graft, and Actos litigation.

Curtis graduated magna cum laude from University of California, Irvine in 2008, where he majored in Political Science. Curtis earned his J.D. from University of California, Davis School of Law in 2011. Curtis participated in Moot Court and served on the UC Davis Business Law Journal, where he was a member of the Article Selection Committee. Curtis also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sheri Bluebond of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California and the Honorable Gary Medvigy of the Sonoma County Superior Court. Prior to joining The Miller Firm, Curtis worked at a small firm in Pasadena, California, where he focused on civil litigation and Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies. He is licensed to practice in California, and is admitted to the Central District of California and the Northern District of California.
