Here’s a quick update for our Digitek clients.
We’re no longer accepting Digitek cases. As you know, a global resolution has been reached. Deadlines were extended by order of the court. We met the deadlines. Everybody whose case qualified for resolution had their forms submitted to the court. Now it’s a question of the settlement agreement being resolved through apportionment of those settlement funds, approval by the court, and then getting the checks out to the clients.
Sometimes these things don’t always hit their time schedules, but rest assured that we’re working as hard as we can. We’ve done everything that needed to get done—as have you—and it’s in the court’s hands. We expect to hear back from them soon.
