The Miller Firm Win VS Takeda Phamaceuticals

The Miller Firm is pleased to announce the third win in front of a jury in four trials against Takeda Pharmaceuticals, the makers of Actos.  Today, a Philadelphia jury held Takeda Liable for the bladder cancer of Francis Wisniewski.  Takeda’s attempt to blame the plaintiff’s thirty year smoking history failed; and Takeda’s attempt to exonerate itself by its “risk management” study failed.  The jury awarded two million and fifty thousand dollars for the plaintiffs low grade cancer surgically removed twice in 2007 and 2008.
